What do I get in my monthly shipment?

      Each month, you'll get a brand new selection of beads for the Club or Clubs that you have joined. In your first shipment, you'll also get a FREE plastic storage box, to start your bead organization system. Every time you fill up the box, we'll send you another FREE storage box to keep you organized.

 

How many shipments do I have to buy?

      Not even one! You can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you do not wish to keep a shipment, even the first one, simply return the entire shipment for full credit (if you received a FREE plastic box with the order, the box must also be returned for full credit). Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice so that we may properly credit your account. Please note: for returns for the Rotating Clubs you will be refunded the price of the specific Club you return. 

 

How do I pay for my shipments?

     Our automated shipment software requires payment by credit or debit card(we accept Mastercard and Visa). By joining a club, you are authorizing us to charge each shipment, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card each month, just before your Club shipment goes out. Should you send us a check or money order, we will wait until the check clears, then send you the current shipment only. To sign up for additional shipments, you will need to provide us with a credit card number.

 

Can I really get FREE Swarovski crystals?

     Yes, but you have to earn them. You'll get a special Swarovski crystal bonus (valued at $3-$5) EACH TIME you do any one of the following: 1) Get a friend to sign up for Beads of the Month™ (make sure they tell us that you referred them to us!) 2) Add another Club to your own shipments 3) Upgrade your Club from a Single Club shipment to a Double Club shipment. Bonuses will vary depending on the current promotion.

 

What are the shipping charges?

     We ship based on the number of clubs you are signed up for (for shipping purposes only, a double club counts as one club). For one club, shipping is $4.50 per month. For 2 clubs, shipping is $6.50 per month. For 3 clubs, shipping is $10.50 per month. For 4 clubs, shipping is $13.50 per month. For 5 or more clubs, shipping is $15.50 per month.

 

When can I expect to receive my shipments? 

     In most cases, we ship your first shipment Priority Mail within 2-3 business days after you place your order. Priority mail packages usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping. For subsequent shipments, we begin sending out Club packages around the 5th of each month. It usually takes several days for all the Clubs to go out. In general, you can expect the charge to appear on your credit card between the 2nd and the 8th of each month. If you have not received your shipment by the 20th of the month, please email us at botm@adornableelements.com and we will be happy to look into it.

 

What if I decide to cancel, upgrade, change or downgrade my membership?

     Email us by the first of the month and we'll be sure to catch your next shipment before it goes out the door. If we don’t, and you receive a shipment after cancellation, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE! Simply write 'REFUSED' across the front and pop it back into your mailbox. We'll credit your account as soon as the package is returned.

 

I can't wait to get my first shipment of beads! How do I sign up?

     Simply click on the 'Current Clubs' link on the sidebar. Then select  your favorite bead club and desired size. This will take you to a page where you can add that club to your secure shopping cart order.
