What do I get in my monthly shipment?

      Each month, you'll get a brand new selection of beads for the Club or Clubs that you have joined. You will also get a code on the bottom of your invoice to enter in to your web browser to gain access to our new FREE pattern page. The code changes every month so you will get a new code and access to new FREE patterns with every shipment!

How many shipments do I have to buy?

      Not even one! You can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you do not wish to keep a shipment, even the first one, simply contact us for an return authrization code and then return the entire shipment for full credit. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice so that we may properly credit your account. Please note: for returns for the Rotating Clubs you will be refunded the price of the specific Club you return. 

How do I pay for my shipments?

     Our automated shipment software requires payment by credit or debit card(we accept Mastercard and Visa). By joining a club, you are authorizing us to charge each shipment, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card each month, just before your Club shipment goes out (this happens on the 2nd of every month). 

Can I really get FREE Swarovski crystals and Les perles par Puca - Paris Beads?

     Yes, but you have to earn them. You'll get a special bonus containg both Swarovski and par Pucs beads EACH TIME you do any one of the following: 1) Get a friend to sign up for Beads of the Month™ (make sure they tell us that you referred them to us!) 2) Add another Club to your own shipments 3) Upgrade your Club from a Single Club shipment to a Double Club shipment. Bonuses will vary depending on the current promotion.

What are the shipping charges?

     We ship based on the number of clubs you are signed up for (for shipping purposes only, a double club counts as one club). For one club, shipping is $4.75 per month. For 2 clubs, shipping is $5.50 per month. For 3 clubs, shipping is $8.00 per month. For 4-6 clubs, shipping is $11.7 per month. For 7 or more clubs, shipping is $14.50 per month. 

When can I expect to receive my shipments? 

     In most cases, we ship your first shipment within 2-3 business days after you place your order.  For subsequent shipments, we begin sending out Club packages around the 5th of each month. It usually takes several days for all the Clubs to go out. In general, you can expect the charge to appear on your credit card between the 2nd and the 8th of each month. If you have not received your shipment by the 20th of the month, please email us at botm@adornableelements.com and we will be happy to look into it.

What if I decide to cancel, upgrade, change or downgrade my membership?

     You can contact us by email (botm@adornableelements.com), phone (719-337-1725), or through the 'contact us' page on this website and we will be happy to help you adjust or cancel your subscription. Please make sure to contact us before the last day of the month and we'll be sure to catch your next shipment before it goes out the door. Any changes made starting on the 1st of the month will take effect the next month.

How do I make changes to my account? I need to update my address/card info/contact info/etc?

     You can contact us by email (botm@adornableelements.com), phone (719-337-1725), or through the 'contact us' page on this website and we will be happy to help you make any necessary changes to your account. We do NOT have a way of you updating this information online through the website yet, but we are hoping to provide this option in the future. As with Club changes, please make sure to contact us before the last day of the month so we can catch your next shipment before it goes out the door.

I registered an account when I subscribed. Now I can't log in!

     At this time, we do not actually have a page you can log into to track or manage your orders, which is why you were unable to find your account. Our website is currently used for placing orders only and the website host we are using does not currently offer us the ability to have people sign in to an account and track their shipment history or make changes. We are actively working with them in regards to making this feature available in the future, but they have not currently given us a time frame that we can expect this feature to be available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are happy to answer any questions you may have or help you make any changes to your account via email or phone at any time (please note that changes must be made before the last day of the month in order to take effect for the next month's shipment). I can't wait to get my first shipment of beads! How do I sign up?

     Simply click on the 'Current Clubs' link on the sidebar. Then select  your favorite bead club and desired size. This will take you to a page where you can add that club to your secure shopping cart order.
