What do I get in my monthly shipment?
Each month, you’ll get a brand new selection of beads for the Club or Clubs that you have joined. You will also get a code on the bottom left of your invoice to enter into your web browser to gain access to our FREE pattern page. The code changes every month so you will get a new code and access to new FREE patterns with every shipment!
How many shipments do I have to buy?
Not even one! You can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you do not wish to keep a shipment, even the first one, simply contact us for a return authorization code and then return the entire shipment for full credit of the cost of the Club(s). Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice so that we may properly credit your account. Please note: for returns for the Rotating Clubs you will be refunded the price of the specific Club you return, and we do not refund shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our part.
What are the shipping charges?
We ship based on the number of clubs you are signed up for (for shipping purposes only, a double club counts as one club). For one club, shipping is $4.75 per month. For 2 clubs, shipping is $6.50 per month. For 3 clubs, shipping is $8.00 per month. For 4-6 clubs, shipping is $11.75 per month. For 7 or more clubs, shipping is $14.50 per month.
How are payments for my shipments handled?
Our automated shipment software requires payment by credit or debit card (we accept Mastercard and Visa). By joining a club, you are authorizing us to charge each shipment, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card each month, just before your Club shipment goes out (this happens on the 2nd of every month).
When can I expect to receive my shipments?
In most cases, we ship your first shipment within 2-3 business days after you place your order. For subsequent shipments, we begin sending out Club packages on or around the 5th of each month (depending on weekends and holidays). It usually takes several days for all the Clubs to go out. In general, you can expect the charge to appear on your credit card between the 2nd and the 8th of each month. If you have not received your shipment by the 15th of the month, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to look into it.
How do I get the FREE Swarovski crystals?
You’ll automatically get a special bonus containing Swarovski crystal EACH TIME you do any one of the following: 1) Get a friend to sign up for Beads of the Month (make sure they tell us that you referred them to us!) 2) Add another Club to your own shipments 3) Upgrade your Club from a Single Club shipment to a Double Club shipment. Bonuses will vary depending on the current promotion.
How do I get to the FREE pattern page each month?
The address of the pattern page will be printed on the bottom left corner of your invoice very month. Simply type the address into the address bar of your web browser (NOT a Google, Safari, or Bing search bar!) and this should take you to the pattern page for that month. There you can download and save the patterns for your pattern library. The patterns and web address change each month and the old patterns and web address are removed, so be sure to check your invoice every month and download the patterns before the last day of the month so you don’t miss out on them.
How do I cancel, upgrade, add to, change or downgrade my membership?
You can contact us by email (email@example.com), phone (719-337-1725), or through the ‘contact us’ page on this website and we will be happy to help you adjust or cancel your subscription. Please make sure to contact us before the last day of the month and we’ll be sure to catch your next shipment before it goes out the door. Any changes made starting on the 1st of the month will take effect the next month.
How do I make changes to my account if I need to update my address/card info/contact info/etc?
You can contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone (719-337-1725), or through the ‘contact us’ page on this website and we will be happy to help you make any necessary changes to your account. We do NOT have a way of you updating this information online through the website yet, but we are hoping to provide this option in the future. As with Club changes, please make sure to contact us before the last day of the month so we can catch your next shipment before it goes out the door.
I don’t live in the US, do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. The shipping rates we use are those charged by the USPS post office, so shipping can be a little pricey for international orders. If you email us at email@example.com and let us know which Club(s) and size (Single vs Double) specifically you are interested in as well as the country, city and postal code we would shipping to we would be happy to work out a couple of quotes and options for you.
I can’t wait to get my first shipment of beads! How do I sign up?
Simply add your favorite Club(s) and Companion Pack(s) to your cart and check out normally. This gets you signed up for the program and you are all set to go!
